No legitimate receipt, just a hand written note saying Soboba owes me 1250. I will need to return to collect my winnings with the hand written note from the cage and my social security card or passport in addition to my government issued ID. The casino offered to take 25% of my winnings and give me cash because I don’t carry my social or passport (thanks but no thanks). In order to receive my payout they required a social security card or passport in addition to my valid CA drivers license. How did winning turn me off from this casino you ask?
